This research aims to assess the differences of adaptability in information technology teaching with the circumstances of Menu Interface and Fluent User Interface, and thus provide a reference for Fluent User Interface in the promotion of IT education. Education experimental method is used in this paper, and the experimental model is a peer group pretest and posttest. The experimental objects of this study are third grad students of YanCheng Experimental Primary School. The experiment evaluates the adaptability of the students in the same hardware conditions and different interactions from the following three levels:(1) Learning effect level:there is whether or not a difference in basic knowledge and basic skills acquisition.(2) Learning transference ability level:there is whether or not a difference in the operational skills of mutual migration between different interactions.(3) Attitudes and usage behavior level:there is whether or not a difference in the attitude and behavior with the interaction.Through statistical analysis of the experimental data, the experimental results show like this:(1) Students using different interaction may exist significant difference in the information technology teaching effectiveness, and some students use Fluent User Interface to achieve better results on the acquisition of basic knowledge and basic skills.(2) There was no significant obstacle in the learning transference ability from Menus Interface to Fluent User Interface, but some students may exist prominent obstacle in the learning transference ability from Fluent User Interface to Menus Interface.(3) There was significant difference for some students in the level of attitudes and usage behavior. They show a higher interest and using tendency in the three areas:"anxiety""confidenGe""love".
