The Development Path Study On Professionalization Of Agricultural University Presidents

Agricultural education is the basic motive power of national economy, and to build a harmonious and orderly university agricultural education system is the necessary basis for socio-economic development of the guidance of education. China’s current system reform has become increasingly prominent in demand for innovative talents, however, the reform and development of higher education and public education needs can’t realize effectively, the development of Agricultural University pursues large-scale and integration, lacking awareness of reality-based features and advantages, and homogeneous development becomes increasingly prominent structural disease of the development of the domestic agricultural university. Against this backdrop, to explore agricultural university president’s professional development path is of great significance to the development of the domestic agricultural University.From a functional point of view, this paper, building professional quality structural system of agricultural University. By the law of development of things, to explore professionalization of Agricultural University president at different stages, based on the investigation and analysis of development status quo for Professionalism of38Agricultural Universities’presidents, fully draw experience and enlightenment from the five subordinate institutions of the Ministry of Education.The text is divided into four parts, the first part is the theoretical research component, mainly doing theoretical discussion about professional quality and the development path of Agricultural Universities’presidents; The second part is the status quo research component,which focuses on the present situation of Agricultural University Professional Development and the problem of its existence and the problems of attribution analysis; The third part is the case studies component, taking pilot open selection of the five subordinate institutions of the Ministry of Education as a case study, to analyze the basis of its professional exploration and implementation process, summarize the revelation; The fourth part is on the basis of the first three parts, respectively, starting from the concept of professionalism, career-oriented policies, the process of professionalization, professional quality and professional mechanism, explore effective paths to promote the professional development of the agricultural University presidents.
