This paper summed up the definition of the core concept-aesthetic accomplishment by sorting through document. On the basis of this concept and with the guidance of theoretical experts as well as professional practitioners, the researcher draw up a questionnaire on high school students’aesthetic accomplishment. The high school students from Nanjing and Qingdao were chosen as respondents to research the development level of senior high school students’aesthetic accomplishment. After revising the structure and items of the pre-test questionnaire, the formal questionnaire had high reliability and validity.In this study, aesthetic accomplishments mainly consisted of three parts, including aesthetic experience, aesthetic creation and aesthetic idea. By analyzing the formal questionnaire, the result showed that the development level of high school students’ aesthetic accomplishment was significantly higher than the average level setting by questionnaire, among which aesthetic experience scores are relatively higher. The students’aesthetic accomplishments had significant differences in the dimensions of gender, discipline, only child or not, parents’level of education, the degree of parents’ preference for art, and parents’art education idea. According to the multiple linear regression analysis, students’participation in the school arts community or Arts Festival, parents’art education idea, the degree of mother’preference for art, and the application of schools’art courses all had direct impact on the students’aesthetic accomplishments. In addition, from the analysis of the objective items, we could find that students’aesthetic development revealed positive aesthetic ideas, but there was contradiction between their ideas and behavior. The students’aesthetic taste reflected significant Chinese classical aesthetic preference as well as certain diversity.In response to various features and problems of high school students’aesthetic accomplishment, the researcher proposed some targeted suggestion and measures to promote the further development of high school students’aesthetic accomplishment. The following factors were taken into account. High school should pay attention to the aesthetic education, targeting on the cultivation of students’aesthetic creative ability. At the same time, schools should ensure the integration and consistency on the implement of aesthetic education. Diverse art module courses can be adopted to promote the development of students’artistic creation and performance ability. It’s also important to create campus environment which associates activity and inertia. Moreover, the effective social resources including communities and families can be taken into account.
