Religion, as a social cultural phenomenon, has a wide range of contacts with modern social life, and brings a profound impact. Since the reform and opening-up, religion has become one of people’s faith as China’s economic development and social transformation. In recent years, with the development of religious culture in university campus, the subject of female college students is inevitably affected by the impact, the believers proportion is on the rise. However, the current academic studies circle for female college students’religions are scarce. Therefore, the author stand in Marx’s scientific view of religion and atheism position, On the foundation of freedom of religious belief and normal religious activities, religious beliefs problem objective analysis of female college students, rich the religious theory of female college students as far as possible, and make some realistic significance contribution.This thesis writing is based on a questionnaire survey in four universities in Nanjing of Jiangsu Province. Based on careful analysis and research, based on the "status quo" the religious beliefs of contemporary female college students as a wire, reasons and Countermeasures to current situation analysis as the core, the interview from the survey the questionnaire and case into powerful argument to overall situation, grasp the Nanjing female college students in Jiangsu province of religious beliefs, in-depth analysis of the characteristics and reasons of their religious beliefs, so as to explore the current situation of female college students under the education mechanism, and propose the practical and feasible countermeasures to guide the female college students to form scientific faith and religious values.Investigation shows that,12.4%female college students are religious believers, this proportion is far beyond the expected. However, through in-depth research, the author found that most of the female university students’ religious beliefs standpoint is not firm, purely religious believers is less. Therefore, we can guide the formation of scientific and religious values by strengthen the ideological and political education for them. At the same time, we can also be based on respect for their religious freedom, guide the small group of strong religious believers to more scientific understanding of religion, to know themselves.
