Along with the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization development in China,an increasing number of rural labor force came to the cities,especially the new generation migrant workers born after80’s of the last century,has become an important part of China’s industrial workers,who has made tremendous contributions to China’s economic and social development.Today,more than200million migrant workers work and live in China’s cities,from a formal point of view,they seem to have got used to the life in the city,but in reality,they are caught in urban and rural areas of sandwich class",and actually they do not integrate into the city.The new-generation migrant workers have a strong will to integrate into city,but they face many real obstacles.Therefore,to study of living situation of the new generation migrant labour and to promote the new generation migrant worker integrate into the city smoothly,is a fundamental solution to settle the China’s"three agricultural "problems.It can promote the industrialization and urbanization in China,and it can improve the living level of people,to build a harmonious society.This study firstly explains the related theory of flowing population,followed by a description of the new generation of migrant workers in the city and a summary of the characteristics of the new generation migrant workers,to find out the problems of integration into the city. And then analyzes the factors of impacting the new generation of migrant workers into the city from three aspects,including the new generation of migrant workers,system and social effect.Finally,based on all the above analysis,the essay puts forward some countermeasures to promote the new generation of migrant workers into the city,so as to promote the new generation of migrant workers citizenization process effectively and accelerate the development of people-oriented city.
