| With the development of the urbanization and the alternation of generations and,the number of new generation of migrant workers in city is increasing and is gradually becoming the backbone of the migrant workers. Compared to the previous generation, the current migrant workers are more eager and potential to integrate themselves into the city. However, there is still a significant gap to achieve their dream above, due to the obstacles including household registration system, uncultivated conditions and shortage of accumulation of social capital. In order to develop individual well-beings and promote national stability, it is the inescapable responsibility for social work to make the professional skills into full play to make the new generation of migrant workers a member of citizens.It is supposed to intervene interviewees, unearth the main effects on integrating into the city and improve their adaptability by the means of interviews, literature analysis and case analysis on behalf of professional social work methods.The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction, where the research background significance and literature reviews are mainly introduced. The second part analyzes the importance, necessity and feasibility concerning the case of the new generation of migrant workers into the city. The third part introduces the elementary information, source and analysis of the case. The personal information of role Zhang is collected. Both related problems and the reasons will be illustrated. The fourth part is the experiment process. A proposal set to the case subject will be demonstrated through the cognition of characters, mood as well as an intervention of social networks. The fifth part is conclusion and suggestion. The case intervene will be summarized and reflected. After the end of the case, the role Zhang has made some progress on self differentiation, emotional control and construction of heterogeneous social circle. |
