Social Work Involves The Exploration Of The Path Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers Into The City

The man who born after 1980 as the research subject called new-generation of migrant workers, referenced to city workers and migrant workers, the paper analyzes them from the logical and historical structure. From some questionnaires data and interview information, it is found that new-generation of migrant workers suffered difficulties in living, benefits and mental adaptation, which hinder their integration into urban society. On the adaptability of living, some workers meet problems such as language communication unsmooth, large difference of life habit, city residents relative isolation, desalination of the original social relations and lowly occurrence of new social relations. On the adaptability of benefits, employment limited, less disposable income, low level of social security dilemma is common. On the adaptability of mental adaptation, generally some feel strong sense of relative deprivation and estrangement with citizen.According to the basic concept of social work and analysis method, the article based on the demand of the new generation of migrant workers ,analysis and evaluated in-depth, integrated the demand into three aspects, one is to improve their level of city life, second is to enhance the workplace voice, and third is to raise their social psychological adaptation.From the view of empowerment,the article tries to explore the social work's intervention in the new-generation of migrant workers. First, we need to build a diversified service system for special service. Second,by providing diversity, wide service content in the field of multidimensional improve service object to adapt to the urban social efficiency, provide spiritual and cultural service through diversification of group social work, strengthen the village in the interaction, enhance the identity,through the case study of social work to provide psychological help, enhance the level of mental health, through community multi-level to provide social work service. Third,form evaluation and feedback mechanism, normalized evaluation effect and strengthen the communication with government. Through the above, we hope that should help the young migrant workers improve working and living in the city, and build a harmonious society.
