A Research On University Students’ Subject Contest Management System

Talents are the foundation underlying all our efforts to build the country, and the talents bringing forth new ideas are the basic power to make the nation prosperous and stable. In order to develop the current economy of China, it’s quite essential to reform the mode of educating talents and to innovate the education system which is beneficial to training the talents. subject contest is a remarkable system to cultivate innovative talents. During over twenty years’development, subject contest has advanced greatly. However, the management system hasn’t perfectly functioned, which therefore restricts the development of subject contest. As a result, it’s crucial to study the management system of subject contest and the key reasons of influencing it, which could systematize and standardize itself.On the basis of a theory-subject contest could promote innovative talents’education, focusing on the concept, research and problem of domestic subject contest, the author puts forward a set of scientific and reasonable management system of subject contest by means of document statistics, procedure analysis and the cases study of subject contest in Zhe Jiang University. The author also studies the factors, structures, purposes and the relationship between the system and education.Firstly, the author reads and analyzes relevant documents, then summarizes the key points of the subject contest on factors and structures, and counts the times. Secondly, the author analyzes the process of the subject contest after studying the cases of subject contest in Zhejiang University. Thirdly.the author analyzes every key point and the influences by researching the management system of subject contest in Zhejiang University. Finally, on the basis of the concept of subject contest management system, the documents analysis, the process and the cases in Zhejiang University,the author promotes a set of scientific and integrated system, and then studies the system and incentive mechanism in subject contest, on the foundation of which, the author provides some policy suggestions according to the current development and problems of subject contest in Agricultural and Biological Technology College of Zhejiang University.
