| A series of policies has been published of the Chinese government whom is always attaching great importance to vocational education and the quality of talent training, which promoting the reform and development of vocational education. Under the impact of the government policies, each vocational colleges has reformed the personnel training mode step by step and implementated post practice teaching mode through college-enterprise cooperation.Post practice is an effective way to improve students’ practical technical ability and makes up the deficiency of the traditional teaching mode, it has already become an important strategy of personnel training for many vocational colleges now. However, the management level of post practice is uneven, management process of post practice is non-standard and the management problems of post practice become more urgent in our vocational-eolleges,they had negative effects on the quality of post practice.In order to standardize the post practice management and safeguard the interests of the students of vocational colleges,the ministry of education promulgated the "Regulations on the management of students post practice of vocational colleges ",2012.The rules provide a policy basis for the construction of internship management system, and to make the management have a right way to follow.A "post practice management regulation " was made according to the above policy by X Vocation&Technical College’s (hereinafter referred to as the X College) economic&trading department in2013,it’s has achieved a certain effect.But the management is look more formal in the actual management guidance work, some old problem are not solved yet, such as the implementation of management regulation does not reach the designated position, the process of management is not standardized, not in place, the quality of practice is not high, the student’s satisfaction is not high after internship etc.,which blocking the internship to reach the objectives, affecting the internship effect.Therefore, the research on how to improve the internship management and solve the problem that exist in reality, is the key of post practice working of marketing major. This research is also improving the quality of personnel training,promoting the development of vocational education. This study analyzes the difficulties and problems that existing in the management of internship,put forward opinions and suggestions on the construction of management system of marketing major’s post practice,taking the internship management of X College’s marketing major as the main research object.The first part is the introduction part, mainly analyzes the research background and significance, and then presented the research scheme in five aspects of research purpose, research contents, research methods, research innovation and research framework.Then using the data studies to combing the existing research. after reviewing,it was found that the "double subject" management system of post practice is not reaserched more in-depth and with no systemic design is the shortcomings of the current study.Therefore,to discussing deptly about "double subject" management system of post practice is the tendency of forward research.The second part discusses the necessary of the "double management subject", firstly explains the purpose and significance of post practice management, followed by an analysis of the defects of the single subject of management in three aspects of schools, enterprises and students, finally pointed out the necessity of double subject management.Third part is the analysis of the current situation of post practice of marketing major at X college, takes the practicing marketing major’s students from X college, faculty leadership and practice guidance teachers, cooperating enterprise’s personnel managers as the research object to understanding in-depth of the actual situation in the management of post practice through questionnaires and interviews,getting first-hand survey data. these findings provide the factual basis to carry out this study. Through the analysis of the results of the investigation, it was found that the main problems in current management. Then analysis of the causes of those problems, finding that the single internship management subject, bad management system,are the key reason for the influence of management effect. The fourth part research on the construction of "double subjects" for the post practice management system, it fist points out the necessity, principle and target of constructing, then discuss from six part on subject establishment, system construction, organization construction, management process designing, process monitoring system construction and post practice’s examination and evaluation.The fifth part analyszes the problems may encountered in the implementation of the system in future,proposes the safeguards.At last,this paper is summarized and prospects. |
