"10-year Educational Informatization Development Plan 2011-2020" proposed that information technology will play a revolutionary role on the development of education.Along with the advancement of educational informatization, the working and studying pattern of teachers and students has been greatly influenced by internet. Though convenient, using internet also has its own defects. People can easily get misdirected on the internet and spend extra time on irrelevant things during the process of data collection.As such,the aim of this study is to build a content management system, which is co-managed by teachers in different disciplines and only releases contents that are closely related to the study of students. This system can not only eliminate distractions on the internet, but also inspire teachers to timely renew their knowledge system, update teaching reflection and finally become a research-oriented teacher.Content management system (CMS) is a software system located between the web server and back-end office system. The system includes two parts: the front page, which is mainly for the display of the site; and background pages for site management. Users can quickly create a fully functional system through theme templates, plugins, etc. Here,we demonstrated how to build a content system that is suitable for middle school math teachers to use and manage using WordPress,a software with high generalizability and operability.This paper introduces the research background,significance of subject content manage system as well as both the internal and international research status. This paper analyzes the theory and technology foundation of the research process, then analyzes and designs the main system in the main modules. Then, based on the study to complete the test of the system.Finally, the system is applied to the teaching of mathematics in junior middle school for investigating the advantages and disadvantages of the system. Based on the whole research, we confirm that the system has a certain value in teaching and of great significance in improving teachers' knowledge management ability, self-reflection ability,interactive management ability and so on.
