The evaluation of teacher performance in private school is an important part of the private school human resource management, how to be perfectly logical and reasonable for middle school teachers’ evaluation is related to the introduction of talents in the private school, and whether the introduction and retain of most qualified talents care about the rise and fall of the private secondary schools and its future development. This research takes the private school in Shangrao city Jiangxi province as an example, according to the collected data for statistical analysis, it points out the deficiencies of the private school teacher performance evaluation of Shangrao, and then propose some reform measures, by these we can state that the performance evaluation is beneficial to both the teacher own development and the development of private schools.This paper mainly uses literature method, interview method and statistical analysis method, collects data of eight private schools of Shangrao,and then uses SPSS18.0software data statistics and analysis to find problems in the evaluation.This paper includes seven parts:The first part is an introduction, which mainly introduces the selected topic background, research purpose and significance, research methods, research ideas and possible innovations.The second part is the literature review, which mainly relates to the definition of the concept, the elaborate of the performance evaluation research from the predecessor, and the introduction of the teachers’ performance evaluation research all around the world.The third part is an introduction, which mainly elaborates the present situation, method and system of private school teacher performance evaluation of Shangrao,and analyzes the existing problems.The fourth part is the conception and assumption, which mainly expounds theoretical basis, research ideas, research hypothesis and the method which is used in data analysis.The fifth part is the empirical analysis of the impact factors of performance evaluation, mainly including data sources,descriptive statistical analysis, variance analysis and regression analysis.The sixth part is the proposed measures, including the improvement of teacher performance and the performance evaluation in private secondary schools.The seventh part is the conclusion, including the research insufficiencies and the prospects for the future.
