Private primary and secondary schools are important parts of private schools.The quality of their education has an important impact on healthy development of primary,secondary education and private schools in China.A scientific,reasonable and perfect first-line teacher performance appraisal system is the key to stimulating the teachers' enthusiasm,and improving the working ability and stability of private primary and secondary school teachers.Therefore,based on the current situation of the current teacher performance appraisal system in private primary and secondary school A,this study uses the performance appraisal tool(key performance indicator method)in the field of business management to construct the performance appraisal system for the first-line teachers.The article uses research methods such as literature,field research,questionnaires,and logic analysis,and has completed the following work:(1)Conducted a comprehensive investigation and detailed analysis of the basic situation of A school and the current first-line teacher performance appraisal system of A school,and on this basis,discussed the ordinary teachers existing in the performance appraisal system of the first-line teachers of A school.There are several typical problems such as low participation,insufficient performance evaluation index system,insufficient assessment subjects,lack of effective communication feedback mechanism,and excessive application of assessment results.(2)Using the Key Performance Indicators Method(KPI),based on the school-running reality of A school,a new first-line teacher performance appraisal indicator system of A school was constructed.(3)Using the analytic hierarchy process to calculate and determine the weight of each indicator in the newly constructed A school performance appraisal indicator system.(4)Based on the newly constructed A-line first-line teacher performance appraisal index system,the key issues in the performance appraisal process are analyzed: the setting of the appraisal cycle,the determination of the appraisal subject,the feedback of the appraisal results,and the application of the appraisal results.Finally,the construction of the performance appraisal system for the first-line teachers of A school was completed.
