With the development of economy and society,private education has become an important part of Chinese education.Its development not only alleviates the pressure of public education,but also solves the employment problem of a large number of teachers and other personnel.However,it can't be ignored that the development advantages of privately-run education are gradually disappearing,and the pressure of privately-run schools is also increasing.A privately-run middle school is also facing the same problem because A large number of excellent and experienced teachers are flowing out of privately-run schools,affecting the normal teaching order of privately-run schools and even the normal development of schools.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze and study the problem of teacher turnover in private secondary schools.Through the collection and collation of relevant literatures,the author finds that although there are many researches on the phenomenon of teacher turnover,most of them focus on the flow of teachers in universities and rural schools,and relatively few literatures on teacher turnover in private secondary schools.Therefore,this paper according to the serious loss of A private high school teachers,using the literature research,case study,the methods of questionnaire investigation,interview method,and combining the ERG theory,and the different demand for private schools teachers in-depth investigation and study,to explore the reasons of the loss of A private high school teachers,and targeted strategies and measures are put forward.In order to further enrich the theoretical research content of the education and teaching management system of private schools,and at the same time,it has practical significance for the administrators of private middle schools to effectively deal with the problem of teacher turnover in reality.Through in-depth investigation and research,this paper proposes to effectively cope with the loss of teachers in A private middle school by establishing A salary management system to meet the needs of survival,establishing A humanistic management concept to meet the needs of relationship,and improving the management optimization and improvement of teacher training and career development planning to meet the needs of growth.At the same time,by improving the relevant guarantee system,creating a positive guidance of public opinion,shaping a harmonious and cohesive school organizational culture,improving the level of crisis management of teacher loss,etc.,a perfect teacher guarantee system is created to stabilize the teacher team and cultivate a united,harmonious and cohesive teacher team.
