Since the reform and opening up,with the gradual establishment and improvement of the socialist market economic system,the market,as a powerful force,has intervened in the field of education.With the rise of private education,it has made important contributions to China's social transformation,education development and social progress.However,the legitimate rights and interests of private schools and related groups have not been fully respected.And especially there are still many problems in the construction of teachers in private schools.Therefore,it is an important to strengthen the professional quality of private teachers and improve the assessment mechanism of teachers.Among them,teachers' performance appraisal is a student-oriented,service-oriented and results-oriented incentive mechanism,which has significant effects on improving teachers' work enthusiasm and teaching quality,and should be developed and improved with emphasis.This paper focuses on the theme of "private BA middle school teacher performance appraisal ".It mainly based on the theory of private middle school teachers' performance appraisal incentive mechanism,analyzed the status quo of teacher performance appraisal in private middle schools' education,and pointed out the problems existing in the private middle school teachers' performance appraisal system.Then,combined with examples,the author investigated and visited the performance appraisal system of private teachers in BA middle school,deeply analyzed the effectiveness of the performance appraisal incentive mechanism,and summarized the key points and difficulties in the implementation process.Under the guidance of the basic principles of performance appraisal,we designed and researched the key qualities,KPI indicators and how to use them in private middle schools.Subsequently we designed a set of reasonable performance appraisal system which is helpful to improve the work enthusiasm of teachers in this middle school.Finally,the paper summarized the new performance appraisal system and put forward some substantive Suggestions.We hope to provide some practical reference for the performance appraisal and incentive mechanism of teachers in private middle schools in our country.
