The national long-term talent development plan (2010-2020) proposed a series ofmajor talent projects, it makes a strategic human resources work of the next period, and hasa great guiding significance.Universities of Jiangxi introduce high-level human resourcesin response to the national talent development strategies. It has a great practicalsignificance to strengthen the construction of talent team in Jiangxi.Jiangxi located in a central region in our country, its development can’t compare withthe developed coastal areas. Jiangxi’s universities are relatively lack of talents, especiallythe shortage of high-level human resources who closely related to the city’s economic andsocial information, industrialization and technological. Talent team needs to strengthen theintroduction, services, construction and management efforts.Universities in Jiangxi aremainly located in the capital city of Nanchang. The paper mainly researches investigationand countermeasures about high-level talent team in Nanchang. The purpose is to exploreconstructive methods of high-level talent team.According to the categories of universities,the paper selects five universities inNanchang to get research, combined with the actual situation of the universities in theregion. Through literature research, comparative study, mathematical statistics, surveys andother methods learned the introductive status of high-level human resources in Nanchang’suniversities; Analysis of the main problems in talents’ introduction: lack of scientific intalent introduction plan, inadequate of screening and matching mechanisms, lack ofeffective talent assessment and evaluation mechanisms, lack of talent usage and trainingmanagement system.Based on current situation to find problems and analyze reasons. The paper proposesspecific suggestions based on actual: to set up correct concept of talent introduction, userigid and flexible methods to introduce; to expand channels, use various channels to recruittalent; to focus on external introduction, combine with internal training; to innovatesystems and mechanisms, create a good environment for talent; to optimize the teachingstaff, continuously improve the level of scientific research; to complete policies of talentintroduction, improve the environment of talent development.
