Research On Occupational Morality Construction Of Teachers In Guangdong Private Vocational Colleges

Private vocational colleges is a key component of higher education in our counrty. To enhance the construction of teachers’ professional ethics of private vocational colleges is in line with the objective requirements of the full implementation of quality-oriented education,in the meantime,it is also an important guarantee of the healthy development of private vocational colleges.What’s more,the construction of teachers’ professional ethics of private vocational colleges being strengthened is the essential requirements of the cultivation of qualified successors with Four Haves in processing of the construction of socialist cause.Therefore,it is imperative to research and analysis the current situation、existing problems and the causes of the problems of occupational morality construction of teachers in private vocational colleges and then puts forward the reasonable countermeasures.This paper is devided in three parts except introduction and conclusion.In the first part, it discusses the significance of the occupational morality construction of teachers in private vocational colleges, analyzes the content and nature、the importance and the urgency of the occupational morality construction of teachers in private vocational colleges In the second part, by means of questionnaire survey,to study the current situation、existing problems of occupational morality construction of teachers in private vocational colleges in Guangdong.The result shows that the occupational morality construction of teachers in private vocational colleges in Guangdong obtained certain results:the guidance of public opinion plays a role on the construction of teachers’professional ethics、the overall quality of teachers has improved、the mechanism of teachers’professional ethics education has established. Through a systematic analysis,this article holds that there are still some problems existed in the occupational morality construction of teachers in private vocational colleges in Guangdong:the activities of the construction of teacher’s ethics has been launched,but the awareness of the importance of the construction is not enough;the private vocational colleges lacks sound ethics-construction mechanism and favorable environment; the educational methord is too traditional and too old. After that,aiming at the existed problems,this article analysis its causes.In the third part, in view of various kinds of problems existed in the occupaional morality construction of the private vocational colleges, this article puts forward the new countermeasures in allusion to the occupaional morality construction of the private vocational colleges under new situation respectively on government management level and school management level.In the government management level,it should builds the evaluation mechanism of the construction of techer’s professional ethics and the standard of teacher’s professional ethics、brings up the teacher’s position、 establishs and perfects the laws and regulations and the safeguard mechanism、ensures the teachers’ legal interes, etc. In the school management level,to establish and perfect the mechanism of the construction of techer’s professional ethics beyond school level、to construct a harmonious environment of the construction of techer’s professional ethics、to complete the management system of teachers.
