Higher vocational education,an important branch of China's education system,its training objective is to train talents with high professional qualifications who are needed in the first line of production,construction,service and management.Therefore,it is required that compared with students in other colleges,students in higher vocational colleges have higher professional ethics and quality.For the society,strengthening education of students,professional ethics in higher vocational colleges can improve the moral level in whole society,so as to form a healthy social atmosphere and build socialist harmonious society.For students,strengthening education of students,professional ethics in higher vocational colleges can help students to make occupational planning,improve students,basic professional quality and promote them to adapt to future employment.However,due to strong practicability of higher vocational college,short learning time and constraint of students,weak foundation and other features,the professional ethics education in China's higher vocational college far lags behind its development and social demands.In current stage,although there are academic thesis analyzing this problem,their researches still remain in theoretical stage without finding long-term mechanism to solve this problem.In order to promote the development of professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges,this paper selects Zhengzhou Vocational College of Industrial Safety as research object.Through literature analysis,questionnaire survey and comparative study,we can see that the existing problems and cause of professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges are mainly as follows.Firstly,the ignorance of the characteristics of higher vocational colleges in the planning of training objectives.Secondly,the teaching setting can not be combined with industry standards.Thirdly,the equal status in practice is not practicable.Finally,the school-enterprise cooperation is not comprehensive enough.Fifthly,curriculum construction is decentralized,isolated and out of system.Aiming at problems of professional ethics education in higher vocational colleges,the author makes summary through learning,actively explores how to improve professional ethics education from multiple perspectives.I try to put forward ways of improving and strengthening professional ethics education from following five aspects.The first way is to determine the training objectives,to take employment and entrepreneurship as the direction.The second way is to renew teaching contents by taking industry andpracticability as standards.The third way is to improve teaching methods and let practice be equal with theory.The fourth way is to implement school-enterprise cooperation,letting colleges closely docking with enterprises.The final way is to build curriculum system,making ability and quality being supplementary to each other.Through this research,higher vocational students can establish staunch professional awareness,clearly understand occupation demands,master professional skills and plan professional career when enter colleges.Let the concept of professional ethics throughout the study and life,so as to turn professional ethics requirements into habits and realize the life goal of every student.
