Function And Its Realizing Way Of College Students’Association In Cultivating College Students’Citizen Consciousness

College students’ association take interest as the guidance, taking practice as the essential feature, can play an important role in guiding, condensation, incentive, promotion in the cultivation of College Students’ citizen consciousness. College students by participating in the community practice, can enhance the sense of subjectivity, contract awareness of the rule of law, scientific and rational consciousness, responsibility consciousness of devotion. The problems exist in cultivation of College Students’ citizen consciousness are:the lack of emphasis, non-standard system of community organizations, the members do not have a strong sense of community ownership, unbalanced development. These deficiencies can be improved from the following aspects: first, trengthen the attention and the management of the community, fostering and enhancing the citizen consciousness strategy; second, strengthen the construction and guide the organization, enhance the cultivation of civic consciousness of leadership; third, increase financial support, standard association activities, enhance the effectiveness of training their citizen consciousness; four, expand the community internal and external exchanges, enhance the cultivation of civic consciousness influence; five, promote good community to construction of brand associations, fostering and enhancing the citizen consciousness appeal.
