Research on the mode of students’ self-management is of great significance for the reform and development in moral education in medium occupation school. In this paper, after systematially study on the Fujian Industrial School’moral education, and combining working practice with literature retrieval method, action research method, and case analysis, we are trying to find a way to deepening the reform and development on the moral education, while combine the theory of students’self management with the practical experience on moral education. Hope it will be a reference to all the other colleagues and uniersities.The article is composed by introduction and five chapters.discussing the connotation and mode of student self management in theory,and described the theoretical basis and sig nificance of student self management.Research shows that:1) the student self managemen t in medium occupation school fits the development of school and students, which makes the effectively improvement possible on students’ comprehensive qualities and school mo ral education work.2) the student self management should focus on building the basic mor al quality, and enhance their sense of responsibility, in order to train their interpersonal ski llsself-learning ability and innovative ability.3) the student self management in Fujian ind ustrial school was implemented by series of measures, such as improvement on student se lf management skill, self management at night class, dormitory and classroom manageme nt. Practice proves that the model is scientific and effective.4) the student self managemen t is a dynamic process, which need the deep participation of all departments to improve it.
