Development Of Social Work Services With The Help Of The Training Platform

Since twenty-first Century, the reform and opening-up of our country is in the crucial period, innovative social management become the tasks and challenges at today. Private enterprises with large proportion of the population agglomeration in is the key areas of social management, facing a series of problems, such as the new generation of migrant workers groups with low quality of life, and lack of public services, welfare loss, high personnel flow rate. Corporate social work with the mission to solve these problems has been heavy hope, enterprise social work theory and practice field of government civil affairs departments, the enterprise human resources management department, college social work related experts and relevant social groups are actively exploring and promoting. This article from the enterprise training platform by combination of enterprises and employees of enterprises needs to promote social work service, try to establish service mechanism of social work development of application strategy for China’s private enterprises.
