Countries vigorously support the development of national entrepreneurship, the government introduced a series of preferential policies and encourage public entrepreneurship, reduce the market access threshold, to provide excellent environment for entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial enterprises in the environment under the background of rapid development has become an important part of the economy of our country. With the rapid expansion of the number and scale of the entrepreneurial enterprises, the sports activities of the staff and workers of the entrepreneurial enterprises have become more and more developed, and become an important part of the corporate culture development. Therefore, the author hopes that carried out through the analysis of enterprise staff sports present situation and the existing problems, according to the problems put forward feasible suggestions and help entrepreneurial enterprises to improve staff sports management mode, effectively carry out the sports activity of the workers, so as to promote the development of enterprises.Through the research methods of questionnaire, literature and interview, from the staff sports entrepreneurial enterprises based on the current status quo, analysis found that entrepreneurial workers actively participate in staff sports attitude of the national sports policy and system understanding is very scarce, mainly exercise motivation for physical fitness, enrich the cultural life of leisure, love employees participate in sports activities has the characteristics of simple, flexible and convenient, the project site popularity, less consumption, the staff sports content with leisure, entertainment, fitness and entertainment function, pay more attention to sports activities; workers to carry out sports staff in the enterprise’s overall situation satisfaction is not high, the main reason is not satisfied with the enterprise leadership is not enough attention, few enterprises in sports organization Enterprise competition, lack of space equipment, employees participate in sports activities in the low frequency, and the staff is willing to actively participate in sports activities in the attitude does not match, the main influential factors for the development of staff sports work too busy, followed by sports facilities and sports venues; staff management departments for personnel department or administrative department escrow, no professional organization of management department, and not the staff sports into the company’s management rules and regulations; the main factors influencing the implementation of enterprise staff sports management of staff sports lack of knowledge, one-sided pursuit of economic benefits of staff sports ignore the long-term effects of the lack of innovation in content and form, excessive dependence on the grounds and facilities lack of professional sports organization, personnel staff sports management department.Suggestions:1, enterprises and sports related government departments should recognize the importance of Employee Sports to promote enterprise development, pay attention to training the sports consciousness of workers, to promote the active participation of workers to participate in sports activities.2, Perfect employee sports management departments and staff sports be incorporated into the rules and regulations of the enterprise, confirm the sports for workers and staff members of the organization department and organizer in the form of system, specifically related to responsible for people’s area of responsibility and employee sports purpose, objectives, development plans, sports for workers and staff members to carry out implement.3, combined with the enterprise’s own employees sex structure, age structure, professional characteristics is suitable to carry out sports activities of the enterprise; based on the existing enterprise resources available, the full use of the surrounding public resources, according to choose or change the staff sports development mode, and develop the essential in the daily work of staff sports promoter action.4, vigorously develop the sports economy, realize the innovation of enterprise staff sports management mode, strengthen the sports companies and other economic entities to participate in the enterprise staff sports organization and management.
