The new course reform has been developed nine years in a nationwide since2004,as a part ofbasic education reform,the teaching thoughts and ideological of the new course refrom is graduallyextending.its basic of the teaching thoughts require teachers not only to study the teaching theory,but alsoto study teaching throry, in order to improve the learning of the student’s guide skill.requiring that teachersshould not only impart knowledge to studetns,but also to teach methods and skills of the teaching.as for theteacher of teaching politics in high school,not only to make students learn knowledge from books,alsoenable the students to solve and analysis practical problems with basic knowledge from books,growing theskill and abilities. so it should respect and guarantee the dominant posistion of students,making studentsenhance the development of subjectivity during the learning process, and buildingactively,consciously,initiativly their own knowledge and practial ability.in this context,Subject teaching isgradually becoming teaching medthods which attract everyone’s eyes.Subjectivity eaching is the educationors depend on the repuest of the mondern education andsocial development, with the thought of all-round development theory and quaity education as theguide,with the teacher’s main purpose,planned,organized, going through the creation ofdemocatic,harmonious,freeing education environment,the integration of various educational activities,so asto guide inspring students explore knowledge with consciously,actively,creatively,and it is a teaching proessto find the problem, and solve the problem.its core idea is to respect and to highlight the educatees statis ineducation activities,really to be ragarded as having fill personality,initiative,independent of theindividual,and to promote the advancement and development of the subjectivity education.the purpose of teaching is the main couse content turn into learning subject consciousness and subject ability,the wholeprocess of teaching’s is to enable students to become the subject that autonomous controlly and applicationof knowledge.In this artical,the new course reform of basic philosophy as a guide,it closely linked to the highschool thought political lesson teaching practice,the methods of study use literature analysis,caseanalysis,comparative analysis and so on.Firstly,to clarify the ideas of the new course reform,discusses thebasic charateristics of concept of subjectivity teaching connontation,and it outstanding advantages,analysesthe internet relationship between philosophy and subject teaching of the new course reform,turning out tobe its importants and necessity in the high school political course.Secondly,through the investigation of thecurrent situation for the application of teaching in the high school political course,it offers the shortage andsome problems during practical teaching,puts forward:the creation of scenarios,promoting students subjectinquiry,changing the role,playiing to the role of teacher and student subhect for the construction ofdemocratic class.imporving the subjectivity teaching and some seriouse of specific measures tooptimize.Finally,taking a economic modul “price eddect”as a case,it provides an empirical subject teachingdesign,further confirmed the value of subjectivity and its good measures with practical in the high schoolpolitical course.
