In 2001, the ministry of education promulgated the "basic education curriculum reform outline (try out)", released the compulsory education stage 18 science curriculum standard (experiment draft), the country has 20 of the 47 sets of teaching materials (volume 1) finish writing, and teaching material of countrywide middle and primary school authorized agent will through the first review, the fall of 2001, the teaching material in 27 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) 38 national experimental area began to experiment, marked the our country launched a new round of basic education curriculum reform.In order to understand and study the high school thought political lesson teaching reform achievements and the existing problems and promote the development of the high school thought political lesson teaching, in order to promote and earnestly implement the third plenary session of the 18 proposed "deepening comprehensive reform of education field" spirit, the promotion of basic education reform and development, the need to strengthen the reform of high school thought political lesson teaching present situation and strategy research.Therefore, this article around the problems existing in the high school thought political lesson teaching reform and countermeasures, to start a research from three parts.The first part: the general high school thought political lesson teaching reform background, objectives and research significance. This part from the background of high school thought political lesson teaching reform, according to the goal of high school thought political lesson teaching reform, based on this, expounds the research significance of high school thought political lesson teaching reform.The second part: based on the present condition of the high school thought political lesson teaching reform of questionnaire survey, an analysis of the causes and the existing problems.Problems including the thought political lesson subject status is low, the lack of teaching design, the old teaching way, the unreasonable structure and evaluation mechanism of relatively single. According to the existing problems of analysis its reason: the traditional teaching notion, the new curriculum idea implementation does not reach the designated position; Part of teachers’ professional knowledge and teaching ability is not enough; Some students thought political lesson seriously enough; The negative impact of the traditional exam-oriented education; The application of curriculum resources is not reasonable.The third part: according to the problems that exist in the high school thought political lesson teaching reform and the reasons, put forward the targeted response,Mainly include:to carry out the spirit of curriculum reform, strengthen the thought political lesson’s status as a main channel; To strengthen the training of teachers, improve teachers’ professional quality and ability; To optimize the design of the high school thought political lesson teaching, improve the classroom efficiency; Change the way of teaching, improve students’ interest and ability; Increase the development of high school thought political lesson curriculum resources; Set up a evaluation system, perfecting the assessment mechanism.
