Recently, Henan province has become the second largest ground source of art students in the whole country. Themajority are the examinees that learn painting, and liberal arts majors are much more than science students,the proportion is6:1. They are more likely to take shortcuts of the college entrance examination than theirpersonal interests. Art examinees in senior grade three have got to put a lot of energy on professionalcourse learning at first and only after that, they can have time to prepare for the college entranceexamination. To improve academic achievement in less than100days is a such difficult task. At present,the quality-oriented education and new curriculum reform proposed teaching should be based on “peoplefirst” and good for the development of everyone. Under the present classes teaching system, among thehundreds of students, their personalities, behaviors and habits are widely divergent. How to make studentsdevelop in an all-round way is always the topic that the vast teachers explored actively. Facing to differentstudents, in order to make them get integrated development, this article bases on the biological course toresearch the strategy of teaching students in accordance of their aptitude.This issue mainly discusses about teaching and learning strategies of biology. During the research,the writer is a teacher in charge of a class and a biological teacher, and this topic takes the largest culturalcourses training school of arts examinees for college entrance examination in Henan province-Zhengzhou Liubi education group as research object, especially researches the science class1to4. Bysummarizing questions which faced during teahing, and proposed improving measures. Finally put intopractice on class3and class4. At last, according to the evaluation of teaching, the writer get thefollowing conclusion:(1)Teaching students in accordance of their aptitude should start with the improvement of teaching target、teaching contents、teaching process and teaching evaluation to make the teaching morereasonably and get better teaching results.(2) Teaching students in accordance of their aptitude should turn falseness into trueness and turndifficulties into easiness. Not only can the students get knowledge, but also grow the students’ ability.They increases their interests and initiation of learning biology.(3) The process of teaching students in accordance of their aptitude has so many emotionalcommunication between the teachers and students. If their relation is quite harmonious, teachers will getmore about students’ cognitive schema and condition of physical and mental development, especially thearts students’ growing circumstance and family atmosphere, therefore, they can fused with the studentsas a whole class. That provides more materials for teaching, so that it can make the teaching morespecific.(4) Biological course contains quite large psychological materials, under the model demonsrationand authoritative effect, it can help the students correct biased their idea of life and value.In a word, teaching students in accordance of their aptitude is an idea which should be carried outthrough the arts students’ teaching. The aim is to make the students get knowledge and grow ability.Meanwhile, they should internalize the science knowledge into spiritual wealth to lead the developmentof their art career.
