The transfer of rural labors to towns and non-agriculture industries is an inevitable trend ofindustrialization and modernization, and also an important way to solve “three agricultural problems” inmodern agriculture construction. Working in cities is one of the main ways for Chinese farmers toincrease their incoming. However, the low level of education and skills has seriously affected theirdevelopment in cities. Especially in recent years, while there is a serious shortage of skilled workers inmany places, a lot of rural labors of low quality cannot find jobs. All these show that the technicalquality of young peasant workers is urgent to be improved.To solve this problem, this paper took an empirical study on the current situation of skill training ofrural youth by literature research method, questionnaire method, interview method, comparative methodand social statistical method. Based on the study on “Chinese young peasant workers” of UN-SPAINMDG ACHIEVEMENT FUND,1,386young peasant workers were selected as investigation object froma few districts of Cangzhou. After further study, the conclusion was drawn that there were followingproblems in the skill training of young peasant working training in Cangzhou. First, the young peasantworkers had no specific understanding and demand; seconds, there were too many training departmentsthat it was difficult to integrate resources; third, the enterprises neglected internal training; fourth, theexpenses of skill training were high, while the subsidies were relatively low; fifth, the content of skilltraining was disjointed with the actual demand; sixth, the way of skill training were to improved;seventh, female workers were in the unfavorable position in skill training.According to the problems, this paper put forward countermeasures and advice to improveskill training of young peasant workers in Cangzhou by putting up information platform, integratingtraining resources, tamping training basis, implementing mechanism construction, concentrating ontraining effects and laying stress on training of female workers. And it also provides theoretical basisand effective reference for government and the relative functional department to solve the employmentissues of young peasant workers more efficiently.
