A Realistic Review Of Physical Education And Reform Strategies In Changchun Urban Junior High Schools Under The Perspective Of "Integration Of Physical Education And Sports"

Since its introduction,the integration of sports and education has attracted the attention of experts and scholars,and the release of the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education for the Healthy Development of Youth in 2020 has raised the integration of sports and education to an unprecedented strategic deployment level and height,which puts forward clear requirements and strategies for the improvement and reform of education and sports systems..As the primary base for training young students,schools play a certain value in cultivating excellent socialist builders and successors,among which school sports play an important role in cultivating students' character of perseverance,hard work and endurance.Strengthening school sports is one of the requirements for deepening the integration of sports and education,and school sports also takes on the task and responsibility of promoting the healthy development of all young people in the process of development.This is the starting point to examine and analyze the construction and development of school sports,to understand and grasp the realistic problems of school sports development,and to provide a basis for the integration and innovation development of school sports in the future.This study adopts the methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics to study the real situation of middle school sports in Changchun urban area in the context of integration of sports and education,to identify the problems through examining and analyzing the real situation of school sports development,and then to explore the reform and development strategies of school sports in Changchun urban area,to meet the requirements of integration of sports and education in the new era,and to provide new ideas for the development of school sports.The following are the findings of the study:Through the survey,we learned that(1)the historical evolution of the integration of sports and education so far is mainly divided into the germination and formation of the integration of sports and education from1949-1987,the development of the integration of sports and education from 1988-2019,and the progression of the integration of sports and education from 2020 to the present-the "integration of sports and education" in three stages.(2)The organizational form and operation mechanism of the integration of sports and education is mainly for the joint training of high quality and high level athletic reserve talents and the promotion of the healthy and comprehensive development of all young people in the education and sports systems.(3)The problems of physical education in junior high schools in urban areas of Changchun city mainly include(1)the school's physical education concept has not yet been truly implemented,the problems of perception of physical education objectives and marginalization of physical education subjects have not yet been lifted,the organization of event teaching and extracurricular physical education activities are not perfect,teaching equipment is not satisfied,the situation of teacher construction is still inadequate,and teachers do not pay enough attention to comprehensive and holistic evaluation,the basic problems of the school,etc.;(2)the combination of "sports" and "education" concepts without integration,"sports" and "education" Insufficient guidance on the consistency of the training goal system,weak policy protection for the integration of "sports" and "education",the separation of "sports" and "education" resources,and the separation of "sports" and "education" resources.The problems of school sports integration development such as the separation of "sports" and "education" integration resources,and the measures of "sports" and "education" integration need to be strengthened and improved.Guided by the integration of sports and education,we need to address the problems that exist in reality and propose the following reform and optimization strategies with the theoretical basis of educational equity,quality resource sharing and collaborative governance as the main ideas.(1)Strengthen local policies and regulations to land and efficiently promote integration development.(2)Change the mindset and strengthen the integration of ideas.(3)Intensify school sports reform to make up for the shortcomings and strengthen the long boards.(4)Promote the construction of regional linkage mechanism in Changchun City.(5)Strengthen the promotion of the participation of multiple subjects in evaluation.
