As we all know, our country is carrying out the new round of CurriculumReform. One of the notable characteristics of Curriculum Reform is to change thecurriculum view which is discipline centered, and to strengthen the integration of thesubjects and set up the comprehensive curriculum. The Curriculum Standards also payattention to the intersection and integration of disciplines. The standards also avoidthe isolation, the repeat and the disconnection of each other. At the same time, thehigh school physics is traditionally considered as one of the subject which is dififcultto understand and to get high test scores. All the above urgently require the educationexperts and front-line teachers to study the reasons that affect physical academicperformance, so as to effectively improve the students’ physics learning scores. Thisarticle took this question as a starting point, and analyzed the correlation of physicalstudy result and the other discipline study results. The author tried to explore somefactors that affect high school physics learning, and to improve and promote thephysics teaching in senior high school. The paper took the Literature analysis method to summarize the current researchon the factors that affect performance results in physics learning, and the correlationbetween different disciplines. The theoretical analysis is according to the collecteddata which include the students’ test scores of all the subjects and their scores arevarious from the top, the medium and the weak. At the same time, the author used theSPSS software to analyze the data. The analyzed content consists of the correlationbetween the physical learning and the other discipline study results, the correlation ofthe physics learning scores in different semesters. The analysis results showed that thephysics study linked heavily with the other subjects, especially the mathematics andchemistry, and they are highly relevant in the junior middle school. On the other hand,Physical grades correlate with the chemistry, mathematics and biology, study result, but the correlation with chemical performance is obvious in senior high school.According to the analysis results, some conclusions are drawn. The authorsummed up the factors that affect physical academic performance. Finally, combiningwith the physics teaching in middle school, the author got the followingenlightenments: Teachers should reasonable the teaching content scientiifcally. Theteaching need to highlight the connection points of all the interdisciplinary knowledge, and then promotes the physics teaching. Do the physics of junior middle school andsenior high school physics cohesion. To fully understand the thinking characteristic ofphysics students. Teachers should pay attention to the activation of students’ interestand motivation in the physics teaching process. Improve the knowledge structure ofteachers.
