Research On The System Of Planning And Management Of College Students' Career

Career planning plays an important role in finding one's proper location in society, making full use of one's potential and achieving success.Meanwhile, career education for college students is significant to the long-term development of universities and the society progress. At present,college students have confusing idea about the notions of career plan and the college employment guide service is not perfect enough, which cause talent resources in the society not to reach rational distribution. Due to these reasons, college students should be aware of the importance of career planning and make their career planning positively.At the same time,relevant organizations such as government and colleges are supposed to provide the students with career education and help them plan their career practicably.This text introduces the concepts of the career and the career planning at first, and also explains the theoretical foundation of the career planning. Then, it analyzes the necessity and the meaning of career planning for the college students. Through the investigation of the college student's career planning in China and the description of the foreign college student's career planning abroad, the author finds out several common problems. Based on these factors and the theoretical foundation of the career planning, the author puts forward her own solution and establishes a career planning system for college students.The focus of the research of this text lies in: Divided and preceded from the angles of individual, college and government separately, the article analyzes the personal career planning of college students, explores the construction scheme of the career planning education service in colleges and points out the government's guidance and management role in the career planning. Furthermore, on the basis of the above three separate aspects, the author finds out the combination among them and put the three aspects together, which comes up with an integrated career planning system that combines individual, college and government together.
