Music Education is an activity in itself, and it can shape our body and mind insubtle, so that we can get overall development. With the constant advance of the musiceducation curriculum reform and the new curriculum concept, music teachers in primary andmiddle school changed their curriculum ideas, teaching concept and behaviors, which madean unprecedented vigor and vitality in the music teaching. Meanwhile, more and moreteachers aware of the importance of extracurricular musical activities. So on the one hand,they focus on the music classroom teaching, and on the other hand, they begin to pay attentionto the situation of extracurricular activities.The paper uses methods of literature research and survey research on students andteachers in four elementary school of Changchun City. Second,the paper makes statistics andanalysis on objects of survey of elementary school music club activities.
