Culture is the human development process in the social history of creation ofcreation of material wealth and spiritual wealth.Music as a representative of spiritualwealth, which is regarded as a form of arts that permeates their own cultural cells, oryou can say that culture is the hotbed for the production music, and music is anotheroutput form of culture. As the viewpoint of this text, in order to understand thecharacteristic of music its’ own profoundly, and you have to combine it with theexploration of culture connotation, think it from the point of view of the moreexpansive language situation, and you can understand its’ own noumenon worth ofmusic finally.《Music curriculum standard (Experiment) for regular senior secondary school》targets the music education for regular senior secondary school as “To lay foundationfor each high school student’s lifetime music culture qualities” By the means of thewriter’s questionnaire survey, we find that the orientation of culturing target is up tothe psychological orientation for current high school students’ music study. The writerhad look up the relevant documents and materials for improvement for music culturequalities. The most of current researches focus the discussions on general educationopen for university students, and without the exploration and discussion such asabstract abilities, improvement for comprehension, philosophy for human life andvalues that are acquired in high school stage. As far as the writer concerned,unfortunately, it let slip a critical period for educating students.This text shows that the improvement of music culture qualities is different fromthe background knowledge for music creation that is taught simply, or theintroduction for composer’s or concert performer’s life, or changes itstraightforwardly into a geography class and history class that inserted backgroundmusic, and these teaching method are absolutely and completely deviate from musicnoumenon. The establishment for any subjects, it exists inevitably its’ own worth. Asto be a music teacher, to present music its own system and charm to students is his orher unshirkable responsibility. This text shows that in connection with thecombination for music and culture, we have to exploit thoroughly music which is howto show Chinese and Western Culture, National Culture, Regional Culture perfectlyby its elements (Such as tone quality, melody, rhythmic, music form etc.). The cultureconnotation we explored shall be the part that is connected to music noumenon closely related, and we shall not add music and culture simply without any connection,or not care about the close and distant relationship with music, and put all into classes.This research shows that do not take the specialized musical education line withstudying music skills first, but the liberal education line with benefits of all studentsand improvement for the whole nation music qualities in accordance with the theorythat put the philosophical hermeneutics and the anthropology together as the basictheory applied to the teaching model and in connection with the current situation ofmusic quality level for high school students at present formed with teaching model,and which is a perfect method with two advantages that is matched with thepsychological characteristics and the education target for curriculum.
