The coherence between Achievement Evaluation and Classroom Teaching had earliest raised in American. Since1990s,standard-based curriculum reform has been implemented for the low education achievement.After developed it becomes into an important tool to detect the consistency level of the U.S. state academic evaluation and classroom teaching.For that, we analysis the "SEC" Model consistency model framework content and grasp the main features of this model, its localization, and thus suitable for the purpose of our education applications.we can use the consistency analysis tools after transformation coding and consistency calculated, and ultimately arrive consistency between the academic evaluation of classroom teaching third grade in S primary school in Changchun City from2009to2011academic year math final test volume conclusion, exploring the trend.At the same time, we can make recommendations accordingly alignment the between Achievement Evaluation and Classroom Teaching in S school third grade mathematics.Applying methods as document review,the article showed by literature,statistics and the case study and individual interview.the main line of this research is the quantitative and qualitative combining.this research consists of five major parts.The first part is the introduction part.It is introduces the problem of the research,The definition of related concepts, current research, the research objectives and significance.The second part is the theoretical basis of the consistency analysis.Introduces the SEC model generation, the basic procedures and specific research methods.The third part is the consistency of the study design and methods.Respectively, from the basic idea of the consistency analysis, the method of determining the choice of the object of study and research data collection and sorting are introduced.The fourth part will show us the tools of alignment analysis at S school between classroom teaching and achievement evaluation in Changchun.The fifth part will get some conclusion and analysis.
