Research On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Primary School Teachers' Caring Behavior

Caring education,originated in the United States at the end of the 20 th century,is based on the perspective of pedagogy to understand people,is a new way of thinking,is also the return of education and the essence of education,has had a profound impact on the educational circle.As the two subjects of caring education--teachers and students,teachers show themselves in front of the people who are cared for as caregivers.Teachers should understand the physical and mental development of students to give care and love to students,and the care should accept the care given by teachers,and make the corresponding response.Teachers' care for students can effectively improve students' academic performance,enhance communication with others,and improve students' mental health.In our country,the primary school teacher's caring behavior research is not sufficient,in order to make students get better care and healthy development,we need to primary school teacher's caring behavior thorough thinking and research.In some scholars on the teacher's care behavior classification,on the basis of the responsible care behavior,supportive care behavior,timeliness,caring behavior,and generalizes the inclusive caring behavior,to S in a primary school student and teacher questionnaires and interviews and sorting of the current situation of teachers' caring behavior,to find a teacher care behavior problems and reasons,situation is: the teachers and the students needs and response to care,care cognition and self-image,and teachers' caring behavior and the influence of the external environment,on this basis to find out the corresponding countermeasures.Finally,according to the problems of primary school teachers' caring behavior in daily education and teaching analyzed in the questionnaire,the author puts forward corresponding solutions from four aspects: teachers' self-caring accomplishment,teacher-student caring relationship,campus education and teaching environment,and social atmosphere.The study of caring behavior in caring education is helpful to improve teachers' caring ability and promote students' all-round development.
