If the teacher real concerns for the development of students, the teacher will let students feel warm, at the same time, promoting the emotional experience. Caregivers are not necessarily teachers, but teachers must be caregivers. Combined with the existing research, we found that Chinese teacher’s care mainly exist three status: teacher ignores students’ real needs and feelings, dialogue and interaction; some teachers only care about students’ scores; have violent tendencies of care. To become a caregivers, teachers should follow some of the characteristics of caring behavior: relational, continuity, situational, and experience. When teachers to give students a comprehensive care, in view of the student life is the most precious wealth, so teachers’ caring behavior is the most important starting point and the foothold of student life care. Combined with the specific cases, we detailed and specific analysis of teachers’ caring behavior. Teachers’ caring behavior research, which is beneficial to our education and students’ development, at the same time, will explore the relationship between teachers and students.
