Contact with theeconomic development is the most direct vocational education is particularly important, it is to meet the development of social economy market demand and people need asun of all education activities.He can play the of training talents, not only have thefunction of science and technology research and development at the same time.Tibet is a long history, the agriculture herdsman accounts for the vast majority ofthe population. Long history, heritage and the construction of the pastoral areas is thekey of the development of Tibet, so the development of Tibet is a form of highervocation education. Although Tibet has developed rapidly in recent years, but there isreality of backward economy, social to implement the party’s18large Tibetanspiritual, synchronization with the mainland in2020, build a well-off society in an all-round way of the task, it must most close development with the economic development of vocational education especially cultivating high-quality skilled talents of highervocational education.This study analyzes the problems in higher vocational education in Tibet atpresent higher vocational education in Tibet through the questionnaire method,interview method, literature method: the understanding of higher vocationaleducation positioning is inaccurate; Higher vocational education students’employment is wrong; Higher vocational education is lack of "double type" teachers;Higher vocational education teaching professional setting is unreasonable; Highervocational education schools are lack of university-enterprise cooperation jointschool-running mode. Putting forward the corresponding solution countermeasures:changing ideas, setting up modern education thoughts, elevating the status ofvocational education; Gained employment as the guidance, skills as the foundation,combined with the demand of the market, and have its own ethnic characteristics ofvocational education; Channels, increasing many way to solve the problem of teachers,"double type" teachers; Raising funds through various channels, increasinginvestment in vocational education, improving the conditions of vocational education;To strengthen cooperation in running schools between colleges, increasing practicetime of students; Appropriate to introduce market competition mechanism, cultivatingstudents’ innovation consciousness and correct greatly. Now Tibet’s higher vocational education is still in the early stage of development, late start, a copy must be moreattention and support of the higher vocational education, vocational education in Tibetwill continue to develop in a scene of prosperity.
