As an important level in China’s vocational education system,vocational undergraduate education not only undertakes the important mission of cultivating front-line high-skilled talents for the society,but also makes important contributions to local economic and social development.China’s vocational undergraduate education lags behind other types of education,and due to comprehensive reasons such as relatively backward economic development,the upgrading of vocational education in the Tibet Autonomous Region has been restricted and affected,and the upward development only stays at the stage of higher vocational colleges.How to explore the running of vocational undergraduate education in combination with the actual conditions of Tibet under the background of the construction of modern vocational education system is the key to the current development of vocational education in Tibet.Based on the relevant data collected and mastered,combined with the development of vocational education in the Tibet Autonomous Region,using multiple intelligences theory and lifelong education theory as the theoretical basis,and on the basis of referring to the experience of vocational undergraduate education at home and abroad,through interview research,data collection,analysis and comparison,this study conducted an in-depth study of the necessity and feasibility of developing vocational undergraduate education in Tibet.It is the inevitability of historical development;Second,the development of vocational undergraduate education is a realistic demand for Tibet’s social development.Third,the development of vocational undergraduate education has strong value and significance.The feasibility is mainly reflected in: the support of national policies and the effective assistance of the double-high plan.In order to promote the healthy development of vocational undergraduate education in Tibet,this paper discusses the ideas of vocational undergraduate education in Tibet Autonomous Region from the perspective of school positioning,school mode and school path.In terms of development strategy,this paper conducts in-depth analysis of vocational undergraduate education in the Tibet Autonomous Region from the aspects of internal construction and external guarantee.As a case study of the pilot units of vocational undergraduate education,the author further conducts a case study on the vocational undergraduate education of electric power engineering and automation of Tibet Vocational and Technical College,and puts forward strategic suggestions for the ultimate combination of theory and reality for the running of vocational undergraduate education in Tibet. |
