The information technology education is an important ways to realize educationinformation and promote education of balanced development. Information technology teacheras key person plays an extremely important role in information technology educationactivities and promote education information process for primary and secondary schoolteachers to information technology education. Therefore, the construction of a high level ofinformation technology teachers becomes the present problems to be solved.In this paper as the junior middle school information technology teachers of Weichengdistrict Weifang city information technology research object. On the basis of their ascent toinfluence the professional quality of factor analysis, by reading literature, questionnaire,interview and field observation research (main is a line into teaching classes) and othermethods to survey and analysis the information technology in teachers’ professionalaccomplishment present situation to explored and research countermeasures to enhance theprofessional quality.This paper discusses the basic requirements of literacy, and analysis the connotationbased on the summarizes of research the domestic and foreign literature from new curriculumreform to information technology teacher’s new role and high demand, combining thecharacteristics of the information technology subject from junior middle school teachers’professional information technology four dimensions of professional affection, professionalknowledge, professional ability and information literacy.This investigation is through the questionnaire, interview and the first data teaching online to research the present situation of teachers’ professional accomplishment for empirical.Find the information technology the main problems of teachers’ team of informationtechnology middle school is: The low subject status and the marginalized teacher status;The complex sources of teachers and the unreasonable structure team; The relativedisadvantages education teaching theory; Specialized subject knowledge are not perfect;Professional ability relatively weak; the incomprehensive information literacy; The weaknessof professional independent development consciousness; The idealess of training effect etc.For the current situation and existing problems of the junior middle school informationtechnology teachers’, this paper analysis the affecting factors in-depth of informationtechnology of junior high school teachers’ professional quality in this area. On this basis, we proposed four aspects countermeasures and Suggestions from external environment,construction formulated development planning, strengthen the practice and reflection, thedevelopment of school-based curriculum of information technology teachers’ professionalquality promotion. The aim is to provide a reference for self-development of junior middleschool information technology teachers’ and the management of education and teaching.
