In today’s society, the conflict between teachers and students has become one of the topics.The conflict between teachers and students is harmful to physical and mental health of students,and it can damage the prestige of teachers, the reputation of the school, the social stability andharmony. Therefore, under the background of the quality education, we need to improve theInstructional technology of teachers urgently. The paper mainly expounds the education one of thelanguage--the language of persuading to be good and punishing the evil of teachers.The language of persuading to be good and punishing the evil of teachers is the language Incommunication between teachers and students.It advised for the purpose of punish and persuade,itis a variety of language. The thesis is divided into five parts:Introduction is introduce research status at home and abroad,and the significance of research.According to the education field and advised the realm of educational theory and Linguistics ofspeech theory,the first chapter proposed the teacher punish advise language theory hypothesis.According to the different speaker, environment, methods, the language of persuading to be goodand punishing the evil of teachers is divided into three categories, to highlight the characteristicsof different types of personality. The second chapter analyzes three kinds of characteristics of thelanguage of persuading to be good and punishing the evil of teachers, to verify the feasibility ofthe theory of the language of persuading to be good and punishing the evil of teachers ishypothesis. It is confirm that the speech conflict occurs when the teacher education students mayseriously handicap some students. In the third chapter, penman try to collect relevant data and textmaterials,through the investigation of questionnaire and interview. Take as an example two urbanand rural schools, the survey results of statistical analysis verifies the theory hypothesis of thelanguage of persuading to be good and punishing the evil of teachers. In the fourth chapter,penman are analyse to the reason, and proposes the avoidance strategy, from the five levels ofteachers, students, school, social and institutional reasons.The research not only enrich the education theory and communication theory, but also offerscientific rules for theory and method. Penman hope to help for the future of China Educationdevelopment.
