For a long period,teaching resources in urban schools of our Country are richer than those in the countries.The teaching resources in rural schools are relatively scarce,which plays a certain negative impact on the smooth development of the rural teaching.However,the nature is our living teaching material,and rich teaching resources are stored in the rural teaching environment.By method of questionnaire survey,the paper reflects the current situations of the usage of the characteristic teaching resources and finds that teachers in middle schools have realized the matter and have used the rural resources,while the level of utilization is less than satisfactory.The paper uses the methods of literature research and questionnaire survey,taking the countries in Jinzhou as examples to survey the current situations of the usage of the characteristic teaching resources in middle schools in the rural countries.It also analyzes the problems existing in the usage of the rural characteristic teaching resources in middle schools as well as the reason resulting in the problems,and put forward the strategy for resolution,by conclusions and analysis.Through analysis of the questionnaire survey,it is found that the main problems of the usage of the characteristic teaching resources by rural teachers in Jinzhou are: rural teachers are difficult to effectively make use of the rural characteristic teaching resources;rural teachers are hard to balance the usage of different teaching resources;science teachers are relatively unfamiliar with the usage of the rural characteristic teaching resources;and teachers do not form the atmosphere of sharing the rural characteristic teaching resources.The main reasons are: the society is lack of advocacy,schools are lack of researches on it,and teachers' own competences are not strong.Therefore,strategies as below are put forward: The education administrative departments shall increase the propaganda of the unique advantages of the rural characteristic teaching resources,keep on improvement of the protection of the rural characteristic teaching resources,launch the local knowledge column on the local government website so as to make the teachers acknowledge the resources conveniently and fast,dig their own potential parents when reform the rural schools and bring the students' parents into the local resource construction team;the schools shall normalize the school-based research of the rural characteristic teaching resources,establish the cooperation community of the rural teaching resources,hire outside experts and scholars to make theoretical guidance to characteristic teachers on a regular basis,and take regular examination system to prompt the teachers to expand their local knowledge reserves;the teachers themselves shall also be conscious to absorb the local knowledge as their own professional knowledge structure,integrate the rural characteristic teaching resources into the teaching process skillfully,and build up sharing mechanism in respect of the rural characteristic teaching resources between the teachers.
