With the continuous deepening of curriculum reform,experimental teaching has become an important link in physics teaching activities and an important requirement for the full implementation of the new curriculum reform.The development and utilization of physics experiment resources with ethnic characteristics has unique educational and teaching functions for Tibet junior high school physics,and plays an important role in the smooth advancement of physics new curriculum reform and the comprehensive implementation of the new curriculum.However,the education in Tibet is relatively backward compared with the developed regions in China,and the level of teachers is quite different.The physics experiment teaching method mainly uses multimedia teaching software to demonstrate experiments,and the textbooks explain experimental ideas and methods directly lead to the development of Tibetan physics experiment resources.The use cannot be realized,which is contrary to the idea that we should pay attention to the development and utilization of physical experimental resources in our new curriculum standards.This paper mainly through the collation and analysis of the literature on the development and utilization of characteristic physics experiment resources,finds the feasibility and necessity of the development and utilization of characteristic physics experiment resources in Tibet,and lays a theoretical foundation for the physics teaching in our district..A random sample survey was conducted on Tibetan junior high school physics teachers and students using the questionnaire survey method.Trying to find out the difficulties and problems actually existed in the development and utilization of characteristic physics experiment resources in Tibet,and then put forward some practical and effective suggestions and strategies for these existing problems and difficulties.Main findings:1.Teachers have insufficient understanding of the connotation of physics experiment resources and characteristic physics experiment resources,which is not deep enough and comprehensive.Insufficient understanding of experimental resources has a direct impact on the development and utilization of characteristic experimental resources.2.Most teachers are subjectively willing to develop and utilize the physics experiment resources of Tibet.However,there are still some teachers who do not think that they do not need to participate in the development,indicating that teachers have not developed and utilized the characteristic physics experiment resources as an important component in the teaching activities.In part,the awareness of developing and utilizing Tibetan physics experiment resources needs to be strengthened.3.Explain that most of the teachers in the usual experimental teaching are mainly based on the "speaking experiment" method on paper,not paying attention to hands-on experiments,but paying attention to the test scores of students,which leads to the failure to implement the development and utilization of characteristic experimental resources.In our new curriculum standards,we must pay attention to the development and utilization of physics teaching resources in middle schools.4.The development and utilization of Tibet's characteristic physics experiment resources requires the school leaders,teachers and parents to reach a common will and put them into practice.Failure by either party to cooperate or resist will result in failure to implement.In the organization of teaching activities,school leaders and teachers do not attach importance to unilaterally completing teaching tasks and goals as the first orientation.Under this teaching ideology and mode,parents “coordinate with the school very much ”.This phenomenon is ultimately the understanding of “study”.Insufficient understanding of the "course standard" and lack of understanding of the special teaching value of Tibetan physics experiment resources.This series of problems seriously affects the development and utilization of Tibet's characteristic physics experiment resources.In order to help the middle school physics teachers in our district to provide more experimental teaching resources,enrich the content of Tibetan junior high school physics experiments,and promote the smooth implementation of curriculum reform in Tibet.The author makes the following suggestions:1.School aspect(1)Strengthen the training of physics teachers in Tibet to develop and utilize experimental resources.(2)It is necessary to strengthen communication and cooperation between universities to achieve experience in resource development and utilization,and effective sharing of models.(3)Strengthening the Cultivation of the Exploitation and Utilization Ability of Experimental Resources of Junior Middle School Students in Tibet.2.Teacher aspects(1)Change the traditional physics experiment teaching method.(2)Improve the knowledge literacy of its own disciplines and highlight its adaptability as a junior high school teacher in Tibet.3.Family aspects(1)Change the way parents evaluate students' learning.(2)Change students' attitudes toward the development and utilization of physical experimental resources.
