As a burgeoning group, postgraduate growth has also been widespread concern in society. After leaping development, our country became the number sense of education powers, but the quality of graduate education is not optimistic and the happiness of these groups still needs to be improved. Leisure Life as an area that can’t be ignored, it has a crucial effect on happiness. Concern graduate leisure life, and guide the graduate students to establish a correct leisure life values, scientific use of leisure time, thus improving the quality of life of leisure, to promote the healthy growth and personality of the graduate all-round development, has become one of higher education in theory and practice level key on must attach great importance to the problem, at the same time, is also the national personnel training, the key to enhance the competitiveness of the country.This study aims to explore the master graduate student leisure life style, improve the skills of leisure and leisure life quality of graduate students as well as the graduate student leisure life management and scientific planning, promote the implementation of eudaimonia eudaimonia well-being, help them better realize self value and social value. The research based on the current situation of the leisure, leisure satisfaction and eudaimonia well-being together, use the empirical method to understand the postgraduate leisure satisfaction and eudaimonia well-being status and features of their respective. On the basis of survey data analysis revealed the leisure satisfaction and the relationship between eudaimonia well-being, and attempts to provide the approach and counter measure of good for graduate positive leisure life, thus help the students better growth. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the Guangxi District601postgraduates found:1. Graduate students leisure way is rich but tend to entertainment, leisure satisfaction level is good;2. Graduate to eudaimonia well-being reach the middle level, the well-being of girls is hinger than boys;3. The marital status of the master of has a significant impact on the leisure satisfaction and well-being, the married group is significantly lower than the unmarried group, other demographic variables did not significantly influence the leisure satisfaction and well-being;4. Some aspects of postgraduate leisure satisfaction and well-being of students has dependency, Leisure satisfaction to predict a positive effect on the realization of happiness.On the basis of empirical research, the paper puts forward self adjustment and management countermeasures from the school and personal perspective.
