Whether people can adapt the changed environment successfully, resilience plays an important role in this process, and it’s an important index. As the increasing demand foe education and teachers, it will bring some pressure and difficulties on teachers’work, so that they will feel a lot negative experiences, and then impact on teacher’cognitive processing and adaptation to the environment. Simultaneously, because the theoretical research of teachers resilience is still in preliminary exploration stage and something related empirical research is not so much, but it is an important part in their work, therefore, the research on teachers resilience has important practical and theoretical significance, it will provide important reference value on enriching the theory of resilience; and provide important information on understanding the relationship between resilience and cognition and probing into the regulating function on cognitive processing of information. In addition to, it can provide some reference on tearchers’mental health.Currently research aims at basis on the theoretical of resilience; and revising the questionnaire of Secondary school teachers Resilience to Teachers Resilience Questionnaire, using it to reviewing the present situation of teacher’s resilience and influencing factors; revealing the effects of resilience on cognitive processing of negative information, combine questionnaire and laboratory experiment. This research did two parts of work revolving round the contents above.The first part of the empirical research concentrates on the construction, general situation and influence factors of resilience by investigative research. In this part, analysis the structure of teacher’s resilience basised on the concept, revising the questionnaire of Secondary school teachers Resilience in accordance with the theoretical framework of resilience; investigating the gender difference, grand difference, subject difference, educational background difference and teaching age difference on the resilience by the questionnaire.The second part of the empirical research focuses on the relationship between resilience and cognitive processing of different emotional words information by experimental research.Analysis different cognitive characteristics of different resilience on cognitive processing of information of different emotional words information by experiments of attentional bias and memory bias.(1) The Teachers Resilience Questionnaire is constituted by3dimensions that are professional identity, problem solving, career skill; the scale has good reliability and validity, it can be counted as means of evaluating teachers’resilience.(2) The teachers resilience of primary is influenced by grand, subject, education background and teaching age.(3) Resilience have a significant impact on color recognition with negative words, there’s a significant emotional Stroop effect on the individuals who has lower resilience, showed significant attentional bias effect on negative words.(4) Resilience have a significant impact on recognition with negative words, low resilience individuals are more sensitive to negative words than high resilience individuals, showed significant memory bias effect on negative words.
