| Ningxia’s development of education is more serious, their education f information is also worrying, The main purpose of this research project are:analyzing the status of Ningxia education information technology and applications, mining the existing problems in the development of education information technology, and providing a solution of Ningxia education administrative departments. The core results of this study are:1. developed and applied The case Research of Ningxia Primary and secondary schools’s Education Informatization Assess. The system includes infrastructure, school information resources, professional development of teachers, students’information skills, the principal leadership, it has five-level indicators and32secondary indicators, covering all aspects of education information technology. surveyed statistics from four cases school, and analyzed the data.2.
