Classroom teaching assessment is the important method to improve teaching and developing of the school. That teachers assess their classroom teaching objectively are the basements of reflection and the important methods to inspire the teacher's consciousness. But teacher's classroom teaching assessment always was deemed to not impersonal and not accurate. These bear upon teachers' attitude on assessment. These also bear upon aims, guidelines and methods of assessment. Therefore, In order to promote school's revolution and teacher's professional developing, we should develop the method of classroom teaching self-assessment by using the information technic.Basing on the theory of case, Videocase was preceded from that video recording instead of word recording. It is more real, more reality, more complete than traditional case on classroom teaching recording. Therefore, I imported videocases into traditional classroom teaching self-evaluation on this paper under the theory of expansibility teacher evaluation, and developed the Classroom Teaching Self-evaluation Method Basing on Videocase Model.This model uses the evaluating indicators which are the elements of "Instruction Design". It pays attention to processing evaluation and embodies the main aim of inspiring teachers' self-developing. I explore online-evaluating system, bring modern information technology into play important action in the classroom teaching evaluation.There are three sections in my paper.The first of the three sections analyses the present development of classroom teaching assessment (include the development of the evaluating indicators and the evaluating implements), sums up the problems in classroom teaching self-evaluation in our country through literature study and questionnaires investigation.The second of the three sections expounds the elements and the relationship between the elements in the Classroom Teaching Self-evaluation Method Basing on Videocase Model particularly, and establishes the evaluating indicators (craft) basing on argumentations and explores the online-evaluating system by this model.The third of the three sections is the practices of using the online system to self-evaluation the classroom teaching, and perfects the evaluation indicators (craft), and sum up the result of evaluation.All in all, this studying offers methods, tools and experience for classroom teaching self-evaluation.
