Higher occupation technique education, it is a kind of special things appeared during the development of higher education, because it is the higher education, is also the occupation education. As the students of Higher Vocational Colleges object, basic ability not only to have strong in some professional field practice and basic skills, but also have good occupation morals and dedication, but also to have a comprehensive quality and ability of comprehensive. Since the20th,90higher occupation technique education in China booming, sustainable development, for our country’s economic, political, cultural, social and scientific development to cultivate a large number of application, practical science and technology talent. But because of the negative effects of globalization, cultural diversity transmission of the current world economy and the impact of the market economy, especially the various negative factors during the period of the transformation of Chinese society, directly to the students in Vocational Colleges morality has brought the huge impact, seriously affected the healthy growth of contemporary college students, talent.Long-term since, strengthen the education of Higher Occupation Technique Education in China focus on scientific and technological and cultural knowledge of students with the professional technical, production skills, but ignore the Vocational College Students’ moral level, psychological quality, humane spirit education. It also has a great influence on the healthy development of higher vocational college students, the students in contemporary higher vocational colleges have resulted in some confusion in the moral cognition and the moral behavior choice, and the emergence of a certain degree of moral anomie phenomenon. A more comprehensive, systematic analysis of moral quality of the students in Higher Vocational Colleges in our country have, and meticulous research on the existing problems of it, really find out the cause of the problem, then try to explore the way to solve the problem, and on this basis to strengthen the moral education of Vocational College Students, and promote the healthy development of higher vocational colleges students, cultivating senior qualified technical personnel for the social and economic development, have very important real sense, this has become a very important issue of moral education in Higher Vocational Colleges in our country. The related research on this topic, will help more vocational moral education in our country carried out smoothly, can obtain the real educational effect, thus in a certain extent will continue to enrich the theory of moral education. This thesis starts from the guiding ideology, by means of literature review method, combined with the status of the moral quality of some higher vocational college students conducted a questionnaire survey and interview, based on the actual moral status and the students of higher vocational colleges, to seek to strengthen the moral education of vocational college students is more effective, more scientific path thus, to further enhance the scientific nature and effectiveness of moral education in Higher Vocational colleges. To present a comprehensive well-off society and strive to build a socialist harmonious society to lay the solid foundation of the talents, and the construction of socialist modernization in China will play a more active role.
