Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’Interpersonal Communication Ability Path

The interpersonal communication plays an important role in school life to the contemporary college students, especially they leave the campus to the social in the future. To enhance the interpersonal skills of college students can not only promote the comprehensive development of students, but also help their work, study and life in school, at the same time, it could makes a better adaptation to life in modern society. Therefore, colleges and universities are critical to cultivate interpersonal skills of college students, and do a good job effectively of ideological and political education work and management also has important practical significance.In this paper, comparative study, survey questionnaires and interviews and other methods with a literature analysis are used to study. To the interpersonal communication problems of students, the author conducted a survey in some students of eight universities in Shanxi Province. A summary of the survey results and in-depth analysis under the guidance of the Marxist theory of social relations, we get the problems of college students’ interpersonal communication ability, including narrow communication range, poor of interpersonal expression understanding ability, lack of interpersonal fusion ability. The reason that impacted the college students’ interpersonal skills Included that college students individual and subjective reasons, as well as society, families and schools inevitable objective reasons.The analysis are based on these findings which are proposed that colleges should strengthen the cultivation of college students’ interpersonal exchanges ability to help students to establish a people-centered interaction concepts to improve college students’ own quality. The use of interactive teaching mode, at the same time the education of interpersonal exchanges ability should be penetrated in subject teaching, cultural activities on campus should be organized, and make healthy and psychological counseling service organizations. The colleges should broaden students’ interpersonal practice platform. College should cultivate students’ interpersonal skills through variety of effective ways.
