The problem of interpersonal support for college students has attracted wide attention from all walks of life in recent years.Because of its large number of students,poor college students have become a special group that cannot be ignored in college students.With the professional concept of helping people to help themselves in social work,through training the interpersonal skills of the service objects,training the interpersonal skills,and using the methods of group work,the service objects can be observed,studied and experienced in a relaxed and joyful group environment in order to solve the problems of interpersonal support for the poor students.Social work provides a new way of thinking for solving this problem.During the University,students began to hope to be independent,whether they were psychological or behavioral,and they would face various psychological problems,such as life,learning,interpersonal and other aspects.At the same time,the poor students,due to the psychological pressure of the economic pressure,and the pressure of interpersonal relationship,may produce psychological distress.Mental health should be guaranteed through reasonable nutrition,adequate sleep,proper exercise and good social support.Interpersonal support is also the most important content of social support.Therefore,good interpersonal relationship is conducive to the establishment of effective interpersonal support,and the establishment of interpersonal support network can reduce psychological stress of the individual significantly,and then affect the behavior and development of individual.Therefore,how to help poor college students establish good interpersonal relationships and form effective interpersonal support network is a very important topic.This study is mainly devoted to the use of group work methods to solve the problems encountered by the poor students in the process of establishing the interpersonal support network,and to provide theoretical and practical basis for the construction and improvement of the social work system in Colleges and universities.The research is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the research issues and the research plan.The second part analyzes the current situation of poverty stricken college students' interpersonal support network,and predicts their interpersonal needs.The third part is the social work practice,that is to say,the application of group social work to the practical operation process of the interpersonal support network of the poor students in Colleges and universities.The fourth part is the evaluation of social work practice.It mainly takes the process assessment and the result evaluation to evaluate the group activities,and analyzes the effect of the application group working methods to guide the formation of the interpersonal support network for the poor students in Colleges and universities.The fifth part is the summary.The advantage of group work in the formation of interpersonal support network of poor students in Colleges and universities is that the group activities can improve the rational cognition of the service objects to interpersonal support,and can strengthen the rational cognition in time by contact with other service objects in the group.Through this practical study,it is proved that it is feasible to use group working methods to guide the formation of interpersonal support network for poor students in Colleges and universities.But at the same time,it should also pay attention to its shortcomings,and should combine other social work methods,link more external resources,construct and improve a set of social work service system in Colleges and universities.To solve the problem of interpersonal support for poor students in Colleges and universities,and promote their mental health development.
