With the booming cooperation between the top educational exporter US and thelargest educational importer China, more Chinese students choose to study in the US forhigher education. Therefore, the Chinese international students become the largestinternational education market which is the target of other developed countries. ForChinese education, how to find out the influencing factors on students‘choice andinternal educational gaps; For US, how to confirm the affecting factors on enrollingChinese international students and maintain the stable enrollment development; Forstudents, how to make the reasonable choices are the main issues for both Chinese andAmerican education study on international students‘mobility.This paper annotates international students, international education, internationalstudents‘mobility and the Push-Pull theory first, analyzes statistics which are based onOPEN DOORS, OECD and IIE to assure the reliable result additionally. In themeanwhile, carding and developing the Push-Pull theory will better understanding andcategorizing the influencing factors which are analyzed by SPSS factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis to come up with the structure equation withthe collecting questionnaires. Finally, in the view of the analytical data, the rationaladvices include appropriate reform of Chinese students‘evaluation system, moreattention on strengthening the education of international students‘safety of China andbetter control on students‘personnel administration are proposed.
