Research On Plights And Outlets Of Jiangsu Competitive Swimming Reserve Talents Development

The cultivation of reserve talents is the foundation for the development of competitive swimming,we must start from the provinces around the city.The amateur sports school in Jiangsu province is one of the development of competitive swimming in China earlier,the culture has done a lot of beneficial exploration in talents.This study adopts literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics,case analysis,conducts the research in view of the present situation of swimming reserved talents in 13 cities of amateur sports school in Jiangsu province and the existing problems,and puts forward the strategy,provide a reference for the Jiangsu athletics swimming development.The result shows that Jiangsu swim training are the main problems: sports coaches,athletes,hardware facilities,funding sources,contradiction between learning and training,these are the main problems of Jiangsu lead to the plight of competitive swimming in the reserve personnel training;the main reason is:the coaches coaching ability needs to be improved,the athletes training arrangement it is difficult to improve the competition system,the lack of rationality,a single source of funding,hardware facilities can not meet the needs of training,reserve personnel transport mechanism is not reasonable,reserve personnel selection criteria to be perfected,learning and training system is not scientific,these problems are the main problems in the plight of the way out;including the cultivation of Jiangsu competitive swimming reserve talents: coaches,athletes competition,system,funds,facilities,reserve personnel transport,reserve personnel selection standard,improve the learning and training The existence of contradictions;the plight of the corresponding problem,so that we can find a way to solve the problem;Jiangsu swim training.For the Jiangsu athletics swimming reserve talents training in the future to make reference to theory and cultivate more excellent talented athletes.
