In the comprehensive quality education background, teenagers’ comprehensive quality andpractice ability is low and the situation is not optimistic. As a result, construction of teenagers’outdoor education system is very important, not only has theoretical significance, but also havepractical significance. Construction of outdoor education system, needs the theoretical supportand should be combined with the specific practice, and based on the results of previous studies.Firstly, this study used the literature material law, and carried out on outdoor education’srelated theories. Based on the reality of the situation of youth education, discusses andsummarizes the simple development of domestic and foreign outdoor education, the education ofyoung people is faced with many problems. At the same time, it also encounters enormouschallenges hitherto unknown. Young people how to deal with these has brought huge impact, theeducation idea and the traditional methods cannot meet their needs and the change of thesituation.Secondly, using the method of questionnaire investigation, in view of the Shenyang cityjunior high school students in outdoor sports, cognitive function of outdoor sports, outdooractivities in the level of interest and investigation and analysis their participation in the activitiesof the emotional experience,in order to provide practice for later system construction.Third, by combining the related education theory, constructivism theory and experientialeducation theory knowledge, in practice, put forward how to construct the new outdooreducation system which can meet with our country status, curriculum requirements, and adapt toadolescent’s growth characteristics. This paper discuss the construction of practice systemmainly from four aspects, it include construction basis, fundamental rule, fundamental structure,practice course design.Finally, this paper draws the following conclusions through the induction and thesummary:1.The outdoor education institution is not perfect in junior high school and it not bringinto the Laws and regulations.2.Junior high school students practice of outdoor education mainlyincludes the target system(general goals and tactical goal), content system (sports activities andnon-sports activity content),method and evaluation system.3.Outdoor education curriculumshould be bring into junior high school students’ education system as a compulsory course, and itincludes curriculum design the goal, content, class hours, assessment and evaluation. Curriculumshould be designed according to the students’ characteristics and difference. Suggested that the state support for outdoor education, The school actively organizing theyouth to participate in outdoor practice, the social level to fully cooperate with, and then providethe best environment for children in outdoor education,their parents and teachers should bestrengthen with the youth outdoor consciousness cultivating.
