Teenagers’ experiential life education is a education mode, in which educators create reasonable situation, set up the corresponding situation, confirm life education as the purpose, carry out the well-organised life education activities. Educators should lead teenagers to experience the connotation, essence and characteristics of life when participating life education activities together, cultivate teenagers’ ability of independent choice and judgment, help students to understand life, appreciate life, respect life, cherish life, develop the skills of survival, improve the quality of life, realize life value. A scientific master of teenagers’ experiential life education should be based on an understanding of the connotation, essence, characteristics of it. Then further explore teenagers’ experiential life education theory basis and reality basis. Theoretical basis comes from philosophy, ethics, psychology, pedagogy. In today’s society various youth life problems happen and education paradox occur between utilitarianism education reality and humanistic care life education. Both of them form experiential life education reality basis. An overall grasp of teenagers’ experiential life education needs to analyze the subject and the content framework. The realistic construction of teenagers’ experiential life education include three parts: the basic principles, education mode, the implementation procedure. This is the starting point and the ultimate goal of teenagers’ experiential life education. It directly serve the implement of the teenagers’ experiential life education and provide the necessary reality guidance for it.
